10. Freelance and Job Applications
If you apply through our Join Our Crew page, Onemarsmedia LIMITED (company number 16127972, registered office 196 Ash Grove, Hounslow, TW5 9DT) is the data controller for the information you send us: your name, contact details, location, role, rates, portfolio links, a description of your experience and, if you choose to upload one, your CV.
We use this information only to assess your application and to contact you about freelance or employment opportunities. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Applications are stored in our website database and in a private spreadsheet hosted by Google, accessible only to our management team. We keep them for 12 months from submission and then delete them, unless you ask us to keep them longer or we have started working together.
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@onemarsmedia.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
11. ClaudePace app downloads
When you download our free Mac app ClaudePace, we ask for your first name, last name and email address, and whether you’d like to hear from us. Onemarsmedia LIMITED (company number 16127972, registered office 196 Ash Grove, Hounslow, TW5 9DT) is the data controller for this information.
We use it to know who uses ClaudePace and to tell you about important changes to the app, such as a security fix (our legitimate interest in running and supporting the app). If you tick the newsletter box, we also email you about ClaudePace updates and new tools from Onemarsmedia, based on your consent, and never more than a few times a month. The newsletter is optional: you can download ClaudePace without it, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
We don’t sell or share your details. The ClaudePace app itself collects nothing: it talks only to Anthropic’s servers, using your own Claude login, to read your usage, and keeps your usage history on your Mac.
Your details are stored in a private spreadsheet hosted by Google, accessible only to our management team. We keep them until you ask us to delete them, or for 3 years after your download, whichever comes first.
ClaudePace is provided as is and free of charge (ClaudePace Pro is an optional one-time purchase, processed by Lemon Squeezy). It isn’t made by or affiliated with Anthropic; usage numbers and forecasts are estimates.
